I met Janette when she worked for a different company, but I was so impressed by her professional/friendly manner, along with the quality of service (and my overall experience), that I followed her (continued to book appointments with) when she left there to found Blue Aesthetics.

I trust Janette completely and am always happy with my results. I get both Botox and Dysport; Janette came up with the perfect combo of injections/units for my face to maintain a wrinkle-free appearance. I've never had any concerns with my treatments or needed to go back for touch ups (which she offers at no additional cost).

The prices are fair, and Janette even honored a promo I had from the previous company (at her own expense). She also went above and beyond by helping me download two apps for additional discounts.

Lastly, she has been super flexible and understanding. My current schedule (working overnights) makes it challenging to attend appointments, but she's worked with me when I've needed to re-schedule.

We had a great conversation about the services (Botox and possible filler) I was interested in receiving, and the pricing was clear and upfront. At no point was I pressured into services or products that I didn't’ need or want; no upselling! My botox was gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, taking care of my forehead wrinkles and illness-induced muscular asymmetry. I had a little redness the day of the injections, but no bruising or sensitivity the next day. After the appointment, I received an email from Janette with the pricing of the filler we discussed in-office, and I’m looking forward to that appointment later this month. Professional. Clear. I got the custom blue facial and skin analysis with Paige and WOW, I have never felt more euphoric in my life. It was my first time getting a facial and before the appointment we had a brief consultation on my skin type, products used and she educated me on the chemicals in the products and what could be causing my breakouts. I had my first facial with Paige and can’t wait for my second! We spent the first half of the time talking through my current skincare/ skin and her making recommendations which was so helpful. I trust Janette 100%. Her salon is immaculate and she takes the time to ensure the process is done right. Not an ounce of haste or pushy-ness. See attached pictures. This was my first treatment anywhere for my forehead 11’s. I am so thrilled with the results (Daxxify) as they look natural and exactly what I had hoped. Subtle but definitely preventative. The shadows which had started to form are gone. Other positives using this spa - the online portal is so easy to navigate and so helpful. Also - the salon is breathtaking. You can see the attention to aesthetics just by walking into the building. Parking close by as well. Absolutely no complaints. Except maybe that I wish I had gone sooner!

Cant say enough good things about Paige and my facial experience with her! She was super thorough, listened to all my concerns and helped create a plan going forward. She was amazing at recommending products in all budget ranges and didnt push any specific products but focused on tweaking my current routine. My face is still glowing over a week later and the facial was amazingly relaxing!! I came in for one type of facial- but i had my acne flaring up that day and didnt know it isnt the best time for the facial i booked, and she was very honest that it wouldn’t be the best treatment at that time. She recommended another treatment to which I agreed and it worked out even better. Definitely trust her with all my skin health needs. 10/10 experience!

I had the best Hydrafacial experience at Blue with Janette. Never before have I had such a truly 100% pore-purging treatment and I’ve tried a myriad of different medspas for the hydrafacial, extractions, etc.

The anti-aging treatment with it, the glow, the roughness of clogged pores gone, I was so shocked at the clean radiance and didn’t think it was even possible for my naturally very large and obvious dark nose pores to clean up. Above and beyond my wildest expectations! Talking with the crew is like being among friends, and Janette is so attentive, knowledgeable about her industry, and truly fun to chat with. Very much looking forward to my next treatments.

Blue Aesthetics is the best!! The spa is stunning - very clean, relaxing, and welcoming space. I first discovered the spa through google reviews and decided to book a consult with Janette. Janette was truly the best. I was curious to learn more about Botox for my forehead area and she took the time to explain everything, was very genuine, and never made me feel pressured. On top of being super talented in her work, she is an amazing person who goes above and beyond for clients! I also had concerns with my skin/acne and she recommended a custom facial with Paige.

Paige is also incredible! She really took the time to thoroughly understand my skincare routine, address my concerns, and set me up for success with my goals in mind. The custom facial itself was very relaxing and made to fit my needs. Paige explained every step. Not only was my skin glowing afterwards but I felt informed on how to best care for my skin.

Everything at Blue Aesthetics was great. I am from out of town and wanted to get a treatment. I had never had a hydrafacial but Paige made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout the treatment. I normally get dermaplaning from home, and Paige was able to add this as an enhancement last minute. She was very gentle and thorough and all my hair was removed easily. I enjoyed my hydrafacial so much as well. I felt so clean and happy exfoliated after! After I met Janette and she was so kind. I really enjoyed my experience here and when I am back I will definitely come get any treatment recommended by Paige again!

Paige greeted me and walked me to the facial room where I was met with the most beautiful and comfortable spa bed I've ever seen, let alone laid on. She started with a consultation and asked me what my main concerns and goals were. She then recommended the perfect add-on treatments to pair with my facial but wasn't pushy at all! Best experience I’ve ever had with an aesthetics injector! Having moved here I was incredibly nervous going to someone new (it is your face of course!) but Janette was more than I could have asked for. I explained prior things I’d had done and my concerns & she took her time to explain in thorough how we could address them. I’ve seen her twice in the last month for my lips and Botox could not be happier. She is so sweet, thorough, and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time - which definitely can be tough when it comes to lips & a low pain tolerance!
